What are the most confusing, anxiety-producing, or frustrating challenges for you in terms of teaching? Course prep, lecturing, assessment, etc.?

I am ideating some material to reduce the stress of being a new teacher in today's world. I want to know what's hard for y'all, to get a sense of what will be most helpful.

    Hi Doan,

For me, most stressful part is the retroalimentation, at the time, of all homeworks. As a full time academic, teaching is only one of my activities. So, try to advance trough deadlines. Also, the functioning of some platforms difficult the correct following of students. Hope this be an input for your research.

Assessments. Rubrics has made a huge difference, but coming to a "fair" grade gives me pause. Frequently, I can read something and think that it's not that good, but articulating "why and how" can be a challenge....and not spend a lot of time on this as well.
