SMA offers a highly collegial, developmental environment where you can receive constructive feedback, build new collaborations, and connect with scholars at all career stages. As home to the Journal of Management and Journal of Management Scientific Reports, SMA sits at the center of impactful research and is an excellent venue to position your work for broader visibility.

We seek high-quality submissions that advance theory and practice on topics including (but not limited to):
    • New venture creation, growth, and exit
    • Entrepreneurial decision-making, teams, and cognition
    • Entrepreneurial finance, ecosystems, and support infrastructures
    • Corporate and open innovation, business model innovation, and digital entrepreneurship
    • Family business strategy, governance, and succession
    • Inclusive, sustainable, and social entrepreneurship

Both conceptual and empirical papers are welcome, as are diverse methods and perspectives that push the boundaries of how entrepreneurship and innovation are studied. All submissions will undergo a blind peer-review process and are evaluated on their theoretical, empirical, and/or methodological contributions.
