Dear community,
We are pleased to invite submissions to Track 5 – Digital Transformation and Resilience in Entrepreneurial Ecosystems: Balancing Mental, Organizational, and Societal Dimensions at the DTS2026 International Conference, hosted by the University of Naples Parthenope (Italy), 20–23 May 2026.
This track examines how digital technologies affect the sustainability, wellbeing, and transformation capability of managers, employees, and organizations in entrepreneurial firms, including family firms and small businesses. We particularly welcome contributions that connect digital innovation with psychological, strategic, and cultural resilience and generate insights relevant for management practice and public policy.
Illustrative topics include (but are not limited to):
- Digital transformation, stress, wellbeing, and mental health of entrepreneurs, founders, and employees in SMEs and family firms.
- Leadership, governance, and organizational practices that foster resilient and sustainable digital innovation.
- Ethical technology adoption, responsible AI, and the societal implications of digitalization in entrepreneurial ecosystems.
