Dear Colleagues,
You are invited to the AOM Caucus, Research with Refugee and Immigrant Populations: Challenges and Opportunities. This caucus will take place on Tuesday, 8/13, from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. at The Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel in the Commonwealth Room.
This caucus will discuss challenges and opportunities for organizational research that span a wide variety of both micro- and macro-topics with immigrant and refugee populations. The goals of this caucus are to brainstorm research ideas that benefit the refugee and immigrant populations and their employers, discuss the obstacles to working with these populations for research, and create new research collaborations. We will offer a series of round tables facilitated by different experts on immigrant and refugee populations and then bring all caucus participants together for a free-flowing, informal exchange of thoughts and research ideas, with the ultimate goal of creating research partnerships that last beyond the caucus session.
