The ENT Division is seeking nominations - including self-nominations - to serve as co-chair of the 2024 (Chicago) and then chair for the 2025 (Copenhagen) AOM Late Career Development Consortium. This is traditionally a two-year role, where year one overlaps with the incumbent Chair (Matt Allen, Manchester Metropolitan University) in 2024, while year two will be alongside the Co-Chair who will be elected in 2024. Ideally, the co-chairs are, in a broad sense, a diverse pair.

The Co-chairs of the Entrepreneurship (ENT) Division's Late-Career Consortium oversee a series of responsibilities aimed at effectively organizing the consortium. The process begins in Winter. The Late-Career Consortium focuses on providing advice on career questions to faculty members who finished their doctoral education 15 or more years ago. The Co-Chair will help to recruit panelists for a session at the AOM annual conference, publicize the session, contribute to and moderate the discussion at the session, and write a short report for submission to the AOM's Executive Mid-Winter meeting.

Prospective Co-Chairs should be diligent and motivated to provide a first-rate late-career consortium experience.

If interested, please submit your nomination to rachida.justo@ie.edu by December 22nd, 2023.
