Call for Participants – 11th SKEMA KTO Paper Development Workshop
June 12-14, 2023
Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the organization of the 11th SKEMA KTO Paper Development Workshop for doctoral students and young researchers. The workshop will be held by the Knowledge, Technology, and Organization (KTO) Research Center at SKEMA Business School in Sophia Antipolis (French Riviera), June 12-14, 2023.
The workshop aims to develop the publication strategies and research skills of promising scholars in innovation, strategy, international business, organization, and entrepreneurship. The number of participants will be limited to allow for interactive discussions and feedback between participants.
Participants will attend seminars conducted, among others, by Gautam Ahuja (Cornell Tech), Francesco Castellaneta (SKEMA Business school), Annamaria Conti (IE), Lars Frederiksen (Aarhus University), Samina Karim (Northeastern University), and Tobias Kretschmer (LMU).
In small group sessions, senior scholars with editorial expertise will coordinate round tables and provide detailed feedback to participants. Other participants from small group sessions will act as junior discussants that will give additional peer feedback. Thus, participants will be required to read and review the papers of their session peers. Senior scholars will also be available for one-on-one research and career development meetings. SKEMA KTO faculty Bruno Cirillo, Ludovic Dibiaggio, and Carla Rua-Gomez will organize the workshop.
The workshop is open to all interested scholars though preference will be given to advanced PhD students, post-doctorates, and early career academics.
The paper will be selected by submitting extended abstracts (or full papers) and a CV no later than April 11th, 2023, by email to kto-pdw@skema.edu.
Key dates and further information:
Abstract deadline: April 11th, 2023
