Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor of Strategic Management faculty position in the Michael A. Leven School of Management, Entrepreneurship and Hospitality with a preferred start date of August 2025. This is a nine-month contracted position. This position is for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.
- Candidates will be expected to engage in high-quality scholarship, resulting in top-tier journal publications.
- The teaching requirements for this position are five courses (15 hours) over the academic year (3/2) and can include undergraduate and graduate courses across strategic management, family business, and general management.
- Professional service to the department, college, and university is expected.
- An earned doctorate, or the foreign equivalent, in management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, international management, business administration, or a related discipline is required. NOTE: For ABDs, the required degree must be earned by the start date.
- An earned doctorate from an AACSB-accredited college/school
- A record of conducting high-quality research and teaching in strategic management, with interest in family business preferred
- Interest, training, and/or experience in hybrid and online teaching modalities is desirable.
