Dear Colleagues,<u1:p></u1:p><u1:p> </u1:p>
Our era calls for new forms of leadership with capacities that address organizations' post-pandemic needs. To address this topic, COB Organizational Wisdom Studio will start disseminating a new series of video-episodes, exploring how a "Wisdom-Oriented Leadership" style could address the next-generation employees' well-being needs. <u1:p></u1:p><u1:p> </u1:p>

The episodes will host City of Roseville Deputy Manager Megan Scheid, CSUS Provost Carlos Nevarez, B Street Theater Artistic Director Lyndsay Burch, and COB faculty member Dr. Joseph VanVo. Program co-hosts Elisabeth Nunziato and Dr. Hakan Ozcelik will have facilitated the conversations to explore how organizational leaders navigated contingencies to promote well-being during the pandemic. <u1:p></u1:p>
