Student's Entrepreneurship Spirit Survey

Dear Participant: You are being invited to participate in a research study by answering questions in the attached survey about the factors that influence student's entrepreneurial spirit. This study is conducted by Dr. Isabel C. Botero of the University of Louisville in collaboration with researchers from around the world (see GUESSS Project). There are no known risks for your participation in this research study. The information collected may not benefit you directly. The information learned in this study may be helpful to others. The information you provide will be used to understand what are the different factors that influence whether students become entrepreneurs. Your completed survey will be stored at Qualtrics. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes time to complete. Individuals from the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, the Institutional Review Board (IRB), the Human Subjects Protection Program Office (HSPPO), and other regulatory agencies may inspect these records. In all other respects, however, the data will be held in confidence to the extent permitted by law. Should the data be published, your identity will not be disclosed. Taking part in this study is voluntary. By answering survey questions, you agree to take part in this research study. You do not have to answer any questions that make you uncomfortable.
