Doctoral Students and Faculty Mentors,
ARIM will coordinate three replication projects with each project including up to 10 teams of doctoral students and mentors. The process starts this summer, with data analysis in the fall, and ends with a joint publication submission.
If you are interested in participating, please respond using the following survey link by Friday, May 10, 2024
SIGN UP (https://www.arimweb.org/replications-initiative).
These replication studies will validate and extend:
-
Schweitzer, M. E., et al. (2004). Goal setting as a motivator of unethical behavior.
-
Hammond, M. M., et al. (2023). The romance of leadership: Rekindling the fire through replication.
-
Kim, M. J., et al. (2022). From mass to motion: Conceptualizing and measuring the dynamics of industry clusters.
Each project will be led by an ARIM executive board member. The authors of the replicated studies support these efforts. Participation will offer a unique learning and publication opportunity.
Thank you for considering this invitation.
