I am pleased to announce that we are going to continue with the AMR Origins Series - the interview series where we ask, "Where does theory come from?" and talk with authors of recently accepted AMR papers to understand their theory-building process.
The first episode in the new season is with Keimei Sugiyama, Jamie Ladge, and Gina Dokko and they share the story behind the development of their paper entitled: "Stable anchors and dynamic evolution: A paradox theory of career identity maintenance and change."
In this episode, you will learn about the different roles that members of an author team can play in developing a conceptual paper, the practice of engaging in extended writing sessions as a team, and the value of engaging positively with reviewers and the editor in the R&R process.
