    Dear colleagues,

Please consider submitting to the Academy of Management Learning and Education (AMLE) Special Issue on "Learning Through the Paradoxes of Learning & Education."

The topic of the special issue likely resonates with many of us. As educators and scholars, we experience several paradoxes such as between rigor and relevance. Further, we help learners develop the skills for navigating paradoxical demands such as between purpose and profit.

We invite submissions that can move forward the conversation on how a paradox lens can help us better understand management learning and education, and how learning experiences can offer new insights for paradox theory.

The submission deadline is Dec 29, 2023.

    Thanks,

    Garima
