The Business Management Group at the University of Münster invites applications for
a vacant position as:Assistant Professor / Post-Doc (m/f/d)The position is a 100%, 3-year position, with an option of another 3-year extension, without tenure track(Verbeamtung auf Zeit: salary A13; habilitation possible) and expected
starting date September 1st, 2021.Ample funding for research and conference participation is available for the whole duration of employment.
We are an international and interdisciplinary research group that is searching for a passionate colleague who
will contribute to and develop our research program within the
fields of strategic management, innovationmanagement, and strategic human resource management. We are looking for ambitious and collegial scholars
who share our passion for excellent empirical research and teaching. We welcome applications from
social scientists with a PhD in business administration, organizational sociology, psychology, economics or
related disciplines.
Applicants have to hold a university degree, an excellent doctoral degree, and pedagogical aptitude. Additionally,
applicants should have an internationally proven research track record, whereas particular importance
is attributed to methodological excellence. Experience in the acquisition of third-party funding and
an established international network is desirable. Further, the capability and willingness to teach in German
or English is expected.
The University of Münster places great emphasis on the training and mentoring of students and therefore
