I am excited to bring you the 2022 annual English issue of Management Insights!
Management Insights is a quarterly magazine (in Chinese) published jointly by Fudan School of Management, China and the International Association in Chinese Management Research. I am pleased to share this 2022 English annual issue with our AOM colleagues because the content is relevant for all managers and executives. You may find this a valuable resource for your executive education courses.
An amazing collection of research highlights is included in this issue. They were rewritten from articles published in top-tier academic journals such as ASQ, SMJ, OS, JAP, JPSP, and MOR. There are also two executive interviews, one with James Murphy, COO of Costco on Costco's internationalization; and the other with Dr. Jianwen Liao, former CSO of JD.com. The insights generated from these articles and interviews have important applications for organizations and individuals working in organizations.
