The University of Edinburgh Business School,

    June 3-4, 2019

In response to the rapidly growing interest in social entrepreneurship research as a continuously developing domain with high importance for theory and practice, we are very pleased to announce the Edinburgh Social Entrepreneurship Conference 2019. This event offers a valuable opportunity for a limited number of <g class="gr_ gr_48 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation multiReplace" id="48" data-gr-id="48">PhD</g> students and early-career academics to discuss and develop their ongoing work in traditional paper presentation sessions with distinguished experts in the social entrepreneurship field. Scholars who are more advanced in their careers are also very welcome to attend.

The paper presentation sessions will involve senior scholars with a track record of multiple publications in, and editorial/editorial board appointments with, our leading journals. Authors will also receive feedback from peers with similar research interests. Additional panel sessions are devoted to improving our understanding of how to publish in leading journals and to discuss the future directions of social entrepreneurship research.

Among the confirmed discussants: Prof Benson Honig (McMaster University); <g class="gr_ gr_50 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="50" data-gr-id="50">Dr</g> Helen Haugh (University of Cambridge); Prof Mairi Maclean (University of Bath); Prof Frank Moulaert (KU Leuven); and <g class="gr_ gr_51 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="51" data-gr-id="51">Dr</g> Ben Spigel (University of Edinburgh).
