    The Strascheg Institute for Innovation, Transformation & Entrepreneurship (SITE) at EBS Business School focuses on innovation, transformation, and entrepreneurship as the driving forces behind a high-performing and fast growing economy. Its activities are geared towards embedding the knowledge gained in these fields in the three pillars research, teaching, and professional education. Under the leadership of Professor Dr. Ronald Gleich, a team of ten professors and four directors at the SITE are responsible for the education of undergraduate and graduate students, the training of professionals, and various research endeavours.

    At EBS Business School, the Strascheg Institute for Innovation, Transformation and Entrepreneurship (SITE) invites applications for an Assistant Professorship f/m (tenure track) of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Family-Owned Firms

    Your Responsibilities:

    l              Conducting high-quality research on entrepreneurship and innovation with a focus on family-owned firms

    l              Teaching and tutoring students at Bachelor´s and Master´s level

    l              Collaborating with industrial partners

    l              Practitioner-oriented knowledge transfer and dissemination of research-based insights including the ability to design and conduct executive education

    l              Taking over roles in university governance

    Your Profile:

    l              Doctoral degree from an internationally known university or business school

    l              A record of high quality research ideally proven by first publications in internationally renowned journals or conference proceedings

    l              Ability and willingness to acquire external research grants and/or projects with industry partners

    l              Good understanding of the German language required
