Thank you, Louis,
I'm new to the ENT Community and AOM. I'm a doctoral student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. My academic work is on founder identity and entrepreneurial decision-making in tech ventures. It's an Entrepreneurship degree that mixes entrepreneurship, marketing, and psychology. On a related note, I was quite happy to see the post about the new open access Entrepreneurial Cognition book from Shepherd and Patzelt. Many thanks to them for all their contributions to the field.
I'm working on my PhD after many years as a tech marketing exec. I started teaching the grad Digital Marketing course at WPI about 10 years ago and fell in love with teaching. My colleagues then talked me into my PhD and turns out I love academic research, as well. So I'm a bit of a workaholic at the moment running my tech marketing agency, getting my PhD full-time, and teaching 4-5 courses a year part-time :-)
Looking forward to meeting more of you on the discussion board.
Shari

Subject: Introduce Yourself Here!
Welcome to the ENT Community Discussion! We're so glad you are here. I hope that this online community will be a valuable resource to all ENT members as you begin to connect, communicate and collaborate with your colleagues here.
When you visit the community for the first time, please take a moment to introduce yourself. It's a great way to practice making your first post to the community! Share your name, where you're from, your research or teaching interests, and why you belong to the ENT division.
I'll start by introducing myself! My name is Lou Marino and I currently teach Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management at the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). I have been a member of the Division for twenty years. The thing I love the most about our division is our culture and the fantastic and diverse group of people we have as our members. I believe we have the most supportive and developmental culture in all of AOM that is made possible by the helpful and cooperative attitudes of our members.
Now it's your turn! Reply to this message now and start getting to know your fellow ENT members.
Have other questions? Please start your own Discussion post with a distinct subject line, and our knowledgeable members and volunteers will help you to find the answers you need!
Thanks for joining the conversation!
