Dear Colleagues,
Think your paper might fit at Organization Science, but want some feedback before you officially submit?
The Organization Science Paper Development Workshop (PDW) at the 2026 Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Philadelphia might give you just what you need! Our in-person workshop pairs authors with Organization Science Senior Editors and Board members for detailed roundtable feedback, followed by an editorial panel in which we discuss the questions and issues you submit in advance.
Submission Guidelines
Submit your proposal online. No more than 6 double-spaced pages (excluding title page/references), one submission per author, and include:

Title Page: Title, authors, and a brief abstract.

Core Text: Research overview (contribution/insights), conceptual framework, and questions/hypotheses.

Design: Methods or anticipated research design.

References

Feedback Areas: Key challenges facing the paper, specific questions for reviewers, etc.

Submit a question for the team!
Logistics & Deadlines

Deadline: Monday, July 06, 2026. Late submissions cannot be considered due to space constraints.

Requirement: You must attend in person on Saturday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Convention Center, Room 120A.
