Subject: Please Join Our Paper Symposium: Identity, Agency, and Career in Islam # 12420

While research has documented religious discrimination against Muslims, far less attention has been paid to how faith, identity, and agency intersect to shape career outcomes. This symposium addresses that gap by examining how Muslim professionals navigate faith, family, and work as a minority; whether Islam functions as a source of strength; how "Muslimness" is negotiated at work; and how sacred commitments are reconciled within secular contexts.

To find out, please join us for the paper symposium #12420 Identity, Agency, and Career in Islam at the AOM Annual Meeting in Philadelphia on Monday, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, Commonwealth C.
