    The  Department of Building and Real Estate at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University has three Post-Doctoral Fellow vacancies opening for application. Early career researchers with a PhD degree within five years of graduation are eligible to apply. 

    The post holders will be working with Assistant Professor Dr. Jianfu Shen (Jeff) (https://research.polyu.edu.hk/en/persons/jianfu-shen ) in the following research areas:
    • the economics and finance of urban development, infrastructure, energy, green projects
    • climate change risks in real estate and construction economy
    • digital transformation in real estate market and construction supply chain
    Contract Period: 24 months
    Annual Salary: 336,000 - 352,000 HKD (commensurate with experience and qualification)
    Additional benefit:  5% superannuation employer contribution
