If you have not already registered for the 2025 USASBE Rural Entrepreneurship Symposium this summer, please do so before June 1st to secure your place!
The USASBE Rural Entrepreneurship Symposium will focus on rural retail, entrepreneurship, small business, manufacturing, agriculture, and technology – and it's being held at Iowa State University from July 8-11.
Everyone is welcome to this community building event, whether you are scheduled to present your work or not :-)
The wide variety of tracks for this year's symposium include:
* Research in Rural Entrepreneurship (includes quantitative, qualitative, and concept papers)
* Teaching and Outreach focused on Entrepreneurship in Rural Areas
* Extension Programming in Rural Entrepreneurship, Economic and/or
Community Development
* Entrepreneurship in Rural Industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Technology

You're also welcome to attend this event, whether you are presenting your work or not! This professional development opportunity will build your network by bringing together a community interested in rural retail, manufacturing, and tourism innovation in the Midwest. Attendees will engage in presentations and networking for part of each day and spend evenings at a unique rural tourism site visit.
