In accordance with the ENT Division Constitution and Policy Manual, members of the Division are hereby provided a fourteen-day period to submit additional nominations by petition before the ballot is finalized.
To add a candidate to the ballot, a petition must:
- Be submitted within fourteen days of this announcement;
- Be supported by signatures from at least 1% of the Division membership in good standing;
- Include confirmation that the proposed candidate is a current member of the Division and consents to appear on the ballot.
Petitions must be submitted using this petition form: https://forms.gle/N5i6pH4DcK2M2hJC8, no later than Tuesday 13 May, 3 PM CET (9:00 AM EST)
If no additional nominations are received within this period, the slate above will become final and will be submitted to AOM for inclusion in the upcoming election cycle.
