We seek to hire a postdoc to work in the area of entrepreneurship in connection to Professor José Mata's research activities. The position is for 3-years.<u1:p></u1:p>
We give special priority to someone who wants to work on Inclusive Entrepreneurship – entrepreneurship by women and immigrants – in the context of a grant awarded by the Carlsberg Foundation, but we will also consider people willing to work on other topics of the broader area of Entrepreneurship. Examples of relevant topics are: What leads people to create new ventures? What makes some existing organizations more entrepreneurial than others? Which strategies do people and organizations adopt to become entrepreneurial? What are the implications of the strategies adopted for the benefit of the ventures? What are the consequences of the presence of such organizations for society?<u1:p></u1:p>
