    Greetings entrepreneurship scholars,

I am looking to dedicate some extra bandwidth during my PhD to an entrepreneurship research project(s) and am seeking either a scholar with a project in need of some capable hands, or an emerging scholar like myself looking to take on projects that are over our heads together.   Reaching out here as I'm studying in an organizational behavior school and am the sole person studying entrepreneurship.

I'm happy to discuss specific projects of yours, or mine, e.g. I'm teaching myself systematic literature reviews using HubMeta, with aspirations to move towards a meta-analysis.

My background is in engineering/entrepreneurship, and am currently studying entrepreneurship as part of a PhD. in Positive Organizational Psychology exploring subthemes of emotion, well-being, mindfulness, mental health, and leadership.

For skills, I've taken many stats and research methods classes, as well as bibliometrics. This semester I'll be taking meta-analysis and secondary data analysis. Comfortable with Excel and Tableau, learning HubMeta, have taken courses in R studio, and can learn quickly. I'm part of a leadership development research lab and have presented at academic conferences on leadership.

If you're feeling ambitious, I'm interested in submitting something on January 9th for the AOM call, possibly a systematic literature review.

If interested in chatting, feel free to send an email to luke.decoste@cgu.edu or connect on LinkedIn

    Cheers!
