    Position Announcement: Entrepreneurship Instructor/Assistant Professor of Practice 

    The Department of Management at Marquette University invites applications for a full-time Entrepreneurship instructor beginning in Fall 2025 at the rank of Instructor/Assistant Professor of Practice. We are looking for a candidate who can advance the Entrepreneurship and Innovation program by building engagement among students and other stakeholders.

    The position will involve teaching 4 courses per semester, including online and traditional classroom-based courses. The position also requires non-teaching responsibilities as a full-time faculty member, such as advising students, serving on academic committees, and other duties consistent with the mission of the Department.

    Teaching experience in the relevant area at the university level or professional training experience is strongly preferred. Teaching tasks will include preparing well organized syllabi and teaching plans that clearly reflect the program objectives and expectations, conducting well-prepared class sessions that effectively deliver the course content and engages students, administering meaningful and relevant assignments, and grading student's work with an emphasis on student development. A terminal degree (PhD or DBA) is preferred but not required. Master's degree and ABDs in advanced dissertation stages will be considered.
