To kick off this year's Racial Equity in Tech Entrepreneurship Workshop we are hosting an in-person event open to the public. If you will be in the New York City metro area on June 20th please join us at New York University's Stern School of Business for an insightful event that delves into the critical issue of racial equity in tech entrepreneurship. Despite the immense strides made in the technology sector, there remains an undeniable lack of diversity, specifically the underrepresentation of Black and Hispanic entrepreneurs. This event will explore the underlying reasons for this disparity and the transformative power of inclusivity and equity in driving innovation, growth, and societal impact.

Framing our discussion will be a retrospective look at the groundbreaking documentary, The New Promised Land: Silicon Valley, which aired on CNN more than 10 years ago as part of the networks Black in America series hosted by the award-winning journalist, Soledad O'Brien.
