This PDW focuses on the study of digital footprints - fine-grained, time-stamped traces such as social media posts, GPS data, transaction logs, and emails - that emerge when entrepreneurs and new ventures operate in digital spaces. Paired with advanced computational methods, these footprints offer vast but still underexplored opportunities to better understand entrepreneurial behavior, identity, and engagement.
While the first part of the PDW is open to all interested attendees, we also invite scholars at all stages to submit research ideas or ongoing projects related to digital footprints in entrepreneurship. Selected submissions will receive expert feedback during dedicated roundtable sessions.
This is an opportunity to engage with a growing community of researchers working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, digital technologies, and methodological innovation.
