- Teaching obligation is reduced by 50% compared to ordinary assistant professors at SDU.
- Negotiable seed funding to realize planned research in the coming years.
- Tenure will be offered in the department with continued affiliation with DIAS after a maximum of six years and a positive associate professor academic assessment.
- A double affiliation with DIAS and the entrepreneurship research group at SDU Kolding
