Side hustles, gig work, and hybrid entrepreneurial careers are reshaping our understanding of both entrepreneurship and work. To examine these developments through an entrepreneurial and interdisciplinary lens, we warmly invite you to our PDW on the growing phenomenon of multiple jobholding - recognizing that hybrid entrepreneurs themselves are, in effect, multiple jobholders.
This interactive PDW aims to bring together researchers examining a range of MJH phenomena - including moonlighting, side gigs, hybrid entrepreneurship, portfolio careers, and beyond - to address their conceptual, theoretical, and methodological challenges.
