Dear all,
A growing stream of research focuses on how environmental changes, so-called external enablers, trigger, shape or enhance entrepreneurial activities. The first JIBS workshop on 'External Enablement of Entrepreneurship' provides a unique platform for researchers to engage in comprehensive discussion and knowledge sharing about the 'external enabler' construct and framework. The workshop brings together 'external enabler' experts and scholars interested in applying the framework to provide feedback on current research projects and learn how to position and develop research on external enablers. In addition, participants will have the chance to pitch early-stage research ideas and receive feedback on their current projects.
Date: March 16th-17th (lunch to lunch)
Location: Jönköping International Business School, Sweden
Deadline for extended abstracts (600-800 words) or abstracts (150-200 words) is February 24th. You can apply here: https://forms.gle/x8VizeTMhptrM3nm7
Yes, this is short notice – but you do not need a completed paper or research project to participate. 'Extended abstracts' are suitable for those who already have an 'external enablement of entrepreneurship' project under way – or project on environmental change that they think of framing as external enablement. 'Abstracts' are suitable for those with an early-stage research idea about possible 'external enablement' research. Both categories will receive expert advice on how to take further.
If we get more submission than we can make room for, we will select based on merit. We aim to notify about acceptance to the workshop by March 1.
