On November 3–4, 2025, the OECD Conference Centre in Paris will host a transformative gathering. The International Council for Small Business, led by Dr. Ayman ElTarabishy, will bring together the world's most influential women entrepreneurs, policymakers, and changemakers.

In partnership with Camille Burnes, CEO of the Women Presidents Organization, and Jonathan Potter, Head of the Entrepreneurship Policy Unit at the OECD, and Rico Baldegger and Rita Grant, ICSB Board Members, this landmark event will unite global leaders around one powerful mission: breaking down the barriers that prevent women from realizing their full entrepreneurial potential.

In OECD countries, women are still only 75% as likely as men to start or manage new businesses. That's not just a statistic; that's billions in untapped economic potential waiting to be unlocked.
