About Lead Faculty: Dr. David C. Roach is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Management at Dalhousie University in Canada, where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in entrepreneurship, innovation management, and venture creation. His research focuses on innovation management, product development, and the capabilities that allow small and medium-sized enterprises to successfully commercialize new technologies, particularly in the biomedical and MedTech sectors. Through both teaching and research, he explores how organizations can systematically develop stronger innovation processes rather than relying solely on creativity or ad-hoc ideation
