    Dear colleagues, 

    8th International Conference on Management and Organization (ICMO 2026): Sustainability by Design – Rethinking Strategy, People & Digital Futures.

    The conference brings together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore how sustainability can be designed into strategy, organizing, work, and digital futures - rather than added as an afterthought.

    Deadline for extended abstracts and full papers: 15 February 2026
