Faculty Recruitment (Regular Professor): Entrepreneurship & SME Management – UQTR (Québec, Canada)
Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) invites applications for a Regular Professor position in Entrepreneurship and SME Management at its Trois-Rivières campus.
We seek a candidate holding (or close to completing) a doctoral degree in management or a related field, with demonstrated research achievements in entrepreneurship and SME management, experience in university-level teaching, and the ability to contribute to a research-intensive and collaborative environment. The position involves teaching, research, community service, and instructional leadership, with expected contributions in areas such as SME strategy, new venture creation, innovation, and intrapreneurship in SMEs, and business transfer and succession.
The successful candidate is expected to work within diverse and interdisciplinary research teams, demonstrate proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methods, and show a strong interest in joining the Institute for SME Research.
Research areas considered assets include: women's and diversity entrepreneurship (from feminist and inclusive perspectives), entrepreneurial ecosystems and support systems, SME succession and transfer, intrapreneurship and innovation processes, entrepreneurial careers, entrepreneur psychological and physical health, and collective or social entrepreneurship.
Essential requirement: excellent proficiency in oral and written French; the application package must be submitted in French.
