We will be able to offer limited travel award grants valued at about $500 each to some members (see criteria below).
Please respond to this call by Tuesday, 28 April, 12:00 PM Chicago Time. We will make the decisions soon after. The funds will then be transferred to recipients by the summer.
Mandatory criteria:
- You are an ENT Div member or commit to become one if you receive a travel award (only ENT Division members can receive travel support).
- You are participating in the doctoral consortium and/or presenting a paper or part of a symposia, PDW, or other official form of participation
Priority will be given to:
- PhD Students, especially those participating in the doc. consortium and/or presenting at AoM-26.
- Members from underrepresented communities in our membership
- Members facing particularly high travel costs compared to purchasing power in their country of residence
You will need to upload a letter from your supervisor certifying that your institution is unable to provide sufficient funding to cover expenses for AoM-2026.
