    Dear ENT Member,

    The 2026 Academy of Management (AOM) ENT Division Elections are currently underway, and we need your vote!

    This year, we are electing the PDW Chair (who will become the Division Chair) and four Representatives-at-Large. We have an outstanding group of candidates for each of these roles.

    So far, just under 6% of our membership has voted. Make sure your voice is heard by choosing candidates who reflect your priorities for the ENT Division.
