Job Requirement: Clinical faculty in the Smeal College of Business have a primary focus on teaching, and therefore evidence of a successful teaching record is required. A terminal degree in management or a related field is also required. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual who will enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and collaborative departmental environment. Classes may be at the undergraduate or graduate level, and may be fully in person, delivered in a hybrid format, or delivered fully online. Onsite teaching is an essential function of the job.
Our department offers two undergraduate majors (Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship; Management), two online masters programs (Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship; Strategic Management and Executive Leadership), a PhD program, core and elective courses in Smeal's full-time and hybrid MBA and DBA programs, and operates the Farrell Center for Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship (which includes the Garber Venture Capital Fund).
