📢 Call for Papers: The Gendered Architecture of Family Firms: Optics, Authority, Governance
We invite submissions for a special issue of Gender, Work & Organization exploring how gendered power is built into the structures, routines, and governance of family firms.
Moving beyond representation, the special issue asks how kinship, ownership, succession, and legacy narratives shape authority, decision rights, and the visibility of women's labour. We welcome critical, feminist, and intersectional scholarship that examines when equality initiatives produce redistributive change - and when they remain reputational optics.
