The deadline for submissions is June 30, 2025. Please review and adhere to author guidelines in preparing manuscripts, and follow the below prompts to submit them:

4. Select Article Type: "Original Research" from drop-down menu and click proceed
5. Upload a copy of author-blind manuscript / Title Page / Other supporting documents
6. On the "Additional Information" tab, one of the questions that need to be answered is "Has this manuscript been invited for a Special issue?" Please select yes and you will be prompted with a drop down menu to select the specific SI. Here, select "SI: From Founder to Employee." This should ensure that your manuscript gets routed to the appropriate editorial team.
