Are you studying how creativity and entrepreneurial activities drive major societal changes? We invite you to submit your manuscript to the track "Entrepreneurship and Creativity in Times of Disruption" at EURAM 2026, which will take place in June in Norway.
The track brings together researchers interested in the intersections between creative and cultural practices, innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational or societal transformation. Previous contributions, including the 2023 Best Paper Award by Florian Koch, Elmar Konrad, and Alexander Kock on ambidexterity in creative teams, illustrate the innovative and forward-looking research that we aim to foster.
We welcome submissions on themes including (but not limited to):

Arts-based methods for navigating organizational change

What to expect: Constructive feedback on your work-in-progress, an engaged and supportive scholarly community, and three days of inspiring research and connection opportunities.
Deadline: Full paper submissions are due 7 January 2026 (Track T03-15).
