CALL FOR PAPERS, CALIFORNIA MANAGEMENT REVIEW: If your research explores how firms shape the legal and regulatory landscape, or how authorities or other actors push back against these efforts, we want to read it. I am thrilled to announce a call for papers for a special issue of California Management Review, "Legal and Regulatory Entrepreneurship: How Organizations Take Advantage of and Shape the Rules of the Game." This issue aims to advance both theory and practice by examining the strategic actions firms use to influence, create, circumvent, or exploit laws and regulations for competitive advantage, and the consequences of these actions for both individual firms and the law.
