🌱 Applications Now Open: Spring Institute on Disability (1–5 March 2026, daily 1-5pm UK time) 🌍
I'm really pleased to invite applications to the Spring Institute 2026, a global, fully virtual and free space for deep, generous and critical engagement with disability within and beyond management and organisational scholarship.
This year's theme is Disability and Technology.
Together, we will explore how technologies shape disabled lives, work, and organizing - and how disability perspectives can challenge, reimagine, and transform technological design, governance, and use.
📚 What is the Spring Institute?
The Spring Institute is a multidisciplinary learning community bringing together researchers with different theoretical, disciplinary and methodological expertise. Through keynote conversations, interactive sessions, and peer dialogue, we engage critically with questions of disability, , organising, management, entrepreneurship - and, this year, technology. Speakers spam academia, activism, policy and practice.

We warmly welcome applications from:
• PhD students and early-career researchers
• Mid- and senior-career academics
• Researchers, practitioners, and independent scholars not affiliated with universities
