Come join us at our panel symposium on "Storytelling in Entrepreneurship: Looking Beyond Performance Outcomes" at this year's Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Chicago!
🗓 When: Monday 8/12 - 3:00-4:30PM CST
📍 Where: Hyatt: Comiskey Room
Despite increased academic interest in entrepreneurial storytelling in recent years, much of the literature to date broadly focuses on how entrepreneurs use storytelling elements to assist with the acquisition of resources. While this is an important area of focus, it also leaves many essential research questions "on the table." The central task of this symposium is twofold: first, to showcase a range of research possibilities that emerge from a comprehensive exploration of entrepreneurial storytelling, and second, to illustrate the possibility of a more diverse understanding of what can be accomplished with entrepreneurship.
