    We - Bill Gartner, Sarah Jack, Miruna Radu-Lefebvre, and Raja Singaram - are excited to bring you a PDW dedicated to training early career scholars on the process of peer-reviewing for journals. Nine entrepreneurship research journal editors are participating as distinguished panelists. All are welcome for the panel discussion and QnA (Part-1). This will be followed by a one-on-one mentoring session aimed at late-stage PhD Students and Early Career Scholars (Part-2). Registration is required for Part-2 alone, please see details below.

    Part -1: Panel Discussion and QnA 

    The discussion will be centered on the following topics. All are welcome for this session without registration!

    1. What constitutes (and what does not) developmental/constructive feedback?
    2. How to establish a dialogue with the action editor and the authors over successive rounds of peer review?
    3.  How does the practice of reviewing contribute to the scholarship of the reviewers?

    ·       Are you a PhD student that has reviewed manuscripts for AOM conference or a journal for at least two consecutive years?

    ·       Are you an early career scholar that graduated from your PhD after December 2019 and has reviewed for AOM and/or a journal at least twice?

    ·       Qualifying participants will receive a manuscript to review.

    ·       Please submit your review comments per guidelines before June 12, 2023. Registrants that do not return review comments will not be invited for this session.

    ·       Each panelist will interact with 3 to 4 participants to provide one-on-one feedback and discuss your experience in a round-table conversation. A certificate of participation will be awarded
