    Who gets to decide what counts as legitimate, reputable, authentic, or stigmatized? Increasingly, the answer seems to be - it's complicated.

    At AOM2026, we're bringing together an outstanding group of scholars to discuss 'The Fragmentation of Evaluative Authority and what it means for research on social evaluations'. This symposium explores how evaluative authority shapes social evaluations in an era of increasing institutional fragmentation.
