    We are pleased to invite you to a timely Professional Development Workshop at AOM 2025 exploring entrepreneurial ecosystems through multiple levels of analysis-macro, meso, and micro. While EEs have become a prominent lens for understanding entrepreneurship and innovation, important gaps remain in connecting individual, organizational, and institutional dynamics.

    This session brings together distinguished scholars to address cutting-edge questions in ecosystem research, including governance, diversity, and inclusion, microfoundations, and methodological innovation.

    This PDW is ideal for PhD students, postdocs, and faculty in entrepreneurship, strategy, organizational theory, and organizational behavior-especially those interested in how ecosystems shape and are shaped by institutions, organizational processes, and individual action.
