    Dear Colleagues,
We invite you to submit a proposal for a book chapter to be included in a new compilation research book titled "Advancing Corporate Governance: New Structures and Directions," to be published by Edward Elgar Publishing. All chapters will be peer-reviewed and considered for inclusion in Scopus and other citation platforms.

In this book of edited contributions, we are looking to build on these established foundations and introduce new corporate governance structures and highlight future directions where the research needs to focus. We are looking to advance research that introduces novel perspectives on how, why and when corporate governance matters.

    Key themes:

    • Startup & Venture Governance
    • International Corporate Governance
    • Governance of Family Firms
    • Governance of Mission, Social Impact & Purpose

Please send your book chapter proposal to the editors: Brian Bolton (brian.bolton@louisiana.edu) and Jung Park (jung.park@isg.fr) by August 15, 2023. Please share this Call for Chapter Proposals (https://www.ssrn.com/index.cfm/en/janda/announcement/?id=13501) to your students, colleagues or anyone whom you think might have interest, as we hope to have a diverse group of contributors for this novel and innovative project. If you have any questions or suggestions for us, please let us know. Thank you.
