Our track #1, Frontier Technologies for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, will delve into how entrepreneurship is shaping the future of innovation-driven regions through the advancement of frontier technologies. We welcome contributions that investigate how entrepreneurs identify and capitalize on opportunities in deep-tech sectors, the strategies they adopt to scale their ventures, and the ecosystems and resources that support their growth. Submissions may include theoretical, empirical, or case-based studies that illuminate the dynamic interplay between emerging technologies and entrepreneurial activity. This track will cover, but is not limited to, the following key topics:
• Opportunity identification, business models, and scaling strategies in frontier technology ventures;
• Entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems, networks, and regional clusters;
• Role of entrepreneurial universities, science parks, incubators, and accelerators in fostering frontier technology ventures;
• Barriers and enablers for frontier technology entrepreneurs in developed versus emerging innovation hubs;
• Policy, regulation, and institutional support for frontier technology ventures;
• Global and comparative perspectives on frontier technology ventures.
We are inviting high-quality submissions that examine how frontier technologies - such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT, Quantum Computing, and more - are reshaping business models, building economic resilience, and driving sustainable innovation.
