    Dear AOM Friends,

    It was so great to see many of you in Copenhagen! Recall that the Academy of Management Fellows sponsor the annual Responsible Research in Management Awards. Below is a brief recap of the 2025 edition.

    First, I would like to thank Jackie Coyle-Shapiro for chairing the Steering Committee this past year-and for being a great mentor to me, given that I will be chairing the committee this year. Also, big thanks to all Subcommittee Chairs:
