Dear Bill, Dear All,
Erik Lundmark, Dean Shepherd and I have recently published an article in ETP that may answer all your questions:
To identify the 'most influential' thinking patterns in entrepreneurship, we have analysed entrepreneurship papers published in the top 7 entrepreneurship journals between 2011-2015 to see whom they have cited (rather than doing the traditional citation analysis of entrepreneurship papers). Because it takes time to attract citations, most papers on our list are older than a decade. Btw Bill, three of your papers are on our list. There are nine papers that are published after 2007 on our list which may be of interest in compiling a list of influential entrepreneurship papers and which we have pasted below in alphabetical order:
However, we shared the same interest with you Bill, and wanted to identify articles that have shaped scholars' thinking about established perspectives and topics in entrepreneurship. Thus, in our paper we further extract metaphors illustrating the different streams of influential ideas and thinking in entrepreneurship literature and also point to potentially fruitful future research in those areas.
We hope this is useful. Please let us know your questions or comments.
Best wishes,
Anna

Hi Bill,
The design of the website is not really optimal - just klick on "Teaching" and you will see 14 bibliographies.

The link is to a powerpoint presentation, not the reading list. Can you (or someone) post a copy?
Thanks so much,
Bill
Hi all,
Not many seem to have noted that what Bill asked for was "articles published over the past decade that are MUST READS for doctoral students".
Only a handful of the entries in the spreadsheet so far are from the past decade. Still some work to do! Would be a great resource to add to the very useful compilation that resulted from Andreas' (Kuckertz) similar effort a few years ago, reposted below:

Thanks Bill & Julio for getting this topic started-my sense is that there will be great interest here.
I created this google spreadsheet (Click Here<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tItc4X1tU2-F8GjSDuwSWGO-Maqnwng24ZQHKf5HOEA/edit#gid=0>) so that folks might put in their recommended articles. If you all like this method, great-it is publicly available and anyone can see/edit it. If not, then feel free to email Bill and Julio and they can aggregate suggestions.

Subject: [ENTREP] Must Reads from the Past Decade for PhD Seminar
At risk of sparking a long list, I thought it would be interesting to ask for suggestions about articles published over the past decade that are MUST READS for doctoral students.
I look forward to your suggestions, and will compile and share the result when done.
Thanks in advance!
